One Man's view of the inland bays of Southern Delaware and Eastern Maryland, this exhibit of oil paintings by Randy Hofman from Berlin looks at the natural surroundings of our coastal bays and waterways.  Marsh grasses waving in the breeze, sunlight on the water, reflections caused by scattered rays of light and moisture in the air.
